The centre features an extensive range of; cardio vascular equipment and free weights - including the latest Gym 80 dual action and resistance machines. We also provide a supplement store equipped with a variety of supplements to help with your training experience.

Beefs and Babes is owned and run by husband and wife team James and Nicole Scott . Professional and International athletes - IFBB Olympia and California Muscle Beach Champions.
